FlyCleats Return & Refund Policy

At FlyCleats, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive the correct product in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges if:

You receive the wrong product.

You receive the wrong size than the one ordered.

The product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects.

The product received is different from what you ordered.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect size selected by the customer.

Normal wear and tear after use.

Products that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Products without original packaging or tags.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and unworn.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued when:

FlyCleats confirms that the mistake was made by our team.

The returned product passes our inspection.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method or by bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.
Shipping charges are non refundable unless the error was made by FlyCleats.
5. Exchange Policy
If your request is approved, we will replace the item with the correct product or size at no additional cost.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose:

A full refund.

Store credit.

A similar product of equal value.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a FlyCleats error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return request does not meet our policy requirements, the customer will be responsible for all shipping expenses.
7. How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, contact our customer support with:

Photos or videos showing the issue.

8. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.
