At FlyCleats, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation or order verification.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During new product launches or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

We proudly guarantee that your order will be delivered within 30 calendar days from the date of dispatch.

Most orders are delivered much sooner depending on your location.

3. Delivery Guarantee

If your order is not delivered within 30 days, FlyCleats will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund after investigating the shipment.

This guarantee does not apply if the delay is caused by:

  • Customs inspections or customs clearance delays.

  • Government restrictions or import regulations.

  • Natural disasters or severe weather conditions.

  • Courier disruptions beyond our control.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.

4. International Shipping

FlyCleats ships to customers worldwide.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country's authorities unless otherwise stated.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or your preferred contact method.

Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to become active.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

FlyCleats is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and assist you in reaching a suitable resolution.

8. Customs Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections or import procedures.

These delays are outside FlyCleats' control and are not covered under our 30 day delivery guarantee.
